Dr. Zelman helps you maximize your fulfillment in life and achieve your personal and professional goals by teaching you to build new habits.  New habits are built by training your brain to think differently so you can reach your greatest potential.

Dr. Zelman believes change is possible through a supportive working relationship between therapist and client. Dr. Zelman provides a warm, supportive relationship that encourages open and honest feedback. Dr. Zelman tailors his therapeutic approach uniquely to your presenting concerns, working together to find a style that fits your needs and aligns with your treatment goals.

Dr. Zelman works closely with you to safely discover your inner dynamics, identify potential areas of positive change, and further develop strengths and resilience. The essence of the therapeutic work occurs with a fine balance of supporting you while fostering accountability and self-confidence.
